My Review:

My goodness, where do I start?

AH-MAZ-ING!!!! Wanda Wiltshire has delivered another riveting installment to the Betrothed series. Just like Betrothed I was left wanting more.

Being a huge fan of Betrothed I was absolutely over the moon when I received Allegiance for review. It was so easy to slip back into this amazing world Wanda has created. I greeted the characters like old friends and fell in love with them and Faera all over again.

Marla is back home with her family on earth and is suffering a great depression being separated from Leif. After weeks of laying in bed crying, Marla receives a letter from Leif, a letter that would lift her depression and help her move on with her life. Poor Marla, I could really feel her heart breaking in two and I shed a few tears for her.

Since reading the letter Marla feels like her old self, she's back to school, hanging with her friends, and realises that her feelings for Jack have gotten stronger, things start to heat up between them. But things can't stay like this forever and Leif returns to claim what is rightfully his. Leif whisks Marla back to Faera where she belongs, he strikes up a bargain with his father to allow Marla Allegiance.
So much is happening in Faera, more Fae are disappearing and the Shadow Fae are to blame.

Things between Leif and Marla really heat up the pages, I swear you could see them start to smoke.
;-)

With a gripping storyline, a few twists and turns to keep you on edge and a few new characters to love, one in particular you love to hate lol. By the end you're left wanting more. Faera is a place you never want to leave.

I look forward to book three "Confused" and seeing where Wanda will take us next. :-)
